There’s just something so special about the glow of the moon—millions of miles away—in a dark night sky, that causes us to gaze in wonder, and in awe of its beauty.

Inspired by wonderful moments spent gazing, we designed these earrings with a gemstone known for causing awe and wonder of its own—Rainbow Moonstone.

Rainbow Moonstone once was thought to be “solidified moonlight”, due to its “floating light effect” and sheen called “adularescence”. It occurs in nature generally white and colorless, however high quality moonstone displays a fabulous multi-colored adularescence-a stunning flash of color that is usually blue, but sometimes lavender. Rainbow Moonstone has also been said to aid in strengthening intuition, enhancing creativity, and bringing overall balance and harmony.

These earrings feature Gemstone Grade “A” Rainbow Moonstone micro-faceted rondells—their high quality evident by their beautiful blue flash—paired with shimmering Sterling Silver quad beads.
